2023 Bio:

Alystia Moore is the Director of Media Partnerships for the National Lacrosse League (NLL). In this capacity, she serves as the primary liaison between the NLL and its national media partners, TSN and ESPN. Working in collaboration with TSN and ESPN, she helps to establish telecast schedules and strategic growth initiatives for the NLL across each platform. Additionally, she is responsible for managing viewership data insights for the league and coordinating tentpole events.

Prior to joining the NLL, Alystia spent 11 years at ESPN, where she gained extensive experience in sports programming and production management. During her tenure at ESPN, she was a member of the college basketball programming and acquisitions team, with a focus on growing women's basketball. She was part of the team that oversaw the complete transition of the NCAA Women's Championship to ESPN linear channels and scheduled the championship final on ABC. Before joining the programming team, Alystia worked on ESPN's production and production management teams, where she was responsible for producing content and coordinating logistics for high school, collegiate, and professional sporting events.

Alystia is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a bachelor's degree in journalism with a concentration in electronic communications and a minor in African-American studies. She also holds an MBA from Syracuse University.

Alystia resides in Charlotte, where she enjoys running, swimming, cheering for the Tar Heels, and indulging in binge-worthy television.
