As an Esports Solutions Specialist at ReKTGlobal, Ryan Griffin (‘16, B.A. Sports Administration) takes pride in
his fluid job description. Throughout his almost five years of experience in esports, he has worked in program
management, creative services, event production, team management (collegiate level), agency services,
hiring, merchandising, and logistics. He has been instrumental in ReKTGlobal’s development from a startup
agency to a global esports organization and currently leads ReKTGlobal’s Junior Rogue Program, a professional
gaming accelerator for young Fortnite players.
Ryan Griffin first saw the potential of esports when he took over the UNC Chapel Hill Esports Club in 2015 and
he hasn’t stopped telling everyone else about it since. He currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
